Samsung has officially announced their first phone of the year, the Samsung Galaxy A7. Originally teased in October 2014, the A7 is a 5.5 inch phone that comes with dual 1.8GHz and 1.3GHz quad-core processors (or 1.5GHz and 1.0GHz in the dual-SIM version) and a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon chip. The phone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. RAM-wise, it is 2GB and packs a storage space of 16GB. However, no launch date was announced nor was there any figure on its pricing.
